Our services include, but are not limited to, concrete driveway building, patio construction, sidewalk building, foundation work, retaining walls, garage floors, and related concrete flatwork and structural work.
All services are subject to a written agreement or estimate issued by Glenview Concrete Company. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.

We will notify you of any material cost changes before proceeding with additional work.
Project start dates are estimates and may be affected by weather, material availability, permit processing times, or other conditions outside our control. We will communicate any changes to your scheduled start date as soon as possible.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after work has begun or after materials have been ordered may be subject to charges for work completed and materials purchased.
We reserve the right to postpone or cancel a project due to unsafe weather conditions, including temperatures that would compromise the quality of the concrete pour.
Payment terms are specified in the written estimate or contract for each project. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
Overdue balances may be subject to interest charges at the maximum rate permitted by Illinois law. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue work on projects where payment is overdue.
Where required by local ordinance, Glenview Concrete Company will obtain the necessary permits before beginning work. Permit fees are either included in the estimate or itemized separately. You are responsible for ensuring that any required approval from a homeowners association or other private body is obtained before work begins.
We warrant that our work will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. Any specific warranty terms will be stated in the written project agreement.
Concrete is a natural material that may develop minor cracking as it cures and settles, particularly hairline cracks within the first year. These are normal and do not indicate defective workmanship unless they exceed the parameters described in your written agreement.
We do not warrant against damage caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to: tree root growth, ground movement not related to our work, flooding, acts of nature, misuse, or improper maintenance by the property owner (such as application of deicing salts or chemicals not recommended by us).
The website at glenviewconcretecompany.com is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy or completeness of its content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glenview Concrete Company and its owners, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from our services or your use of our website.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of a specific project is limited to the amount paid by you for that project. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions at your property that were not disclosed to us or were not reasonably discoverable at the time of the estimate.
If a dispute arises between you and Glenview Concrete Company, we encourage you to contact us first to resolve the matter informally. Please reach us at projects@glenviewconcretecompany.com or (224) 529-2097.
If informal resolution is not possible, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Glenview, IL, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless both parties agree in writing to an alternative process. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action not covered by the arbitration provision above shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Illinois.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
